APPLICATION OF DPD

Delivery to the address is done by the delivery service DPD.

The price of delivery within the Republic of Croatia is 7,00 €. For the other countries of the European Union price depends on the country of delivery. The exact amount is displayed after entering the address, before the end of the purchase.

We send the package dried flowers, dried flower products, live succulent arrangements, raw material and other products for which this possibility is indicated.

Fresh cut flowers and articles of fresh cut flowers we deliver by personal delivery or personal pick-up.

PERSONAL AUTHORISATION

Personal delivery as a rule we offer only for fresh cut flowers and works of fresh cut flowers, in selected areas by postal code.

Price is from 10.00 to 20.00 €, depending on the location. After entering the postal code when buying, it will be displayed Availability and exact delivery price.

The minimum order amount for personal delivery is 50,00 €, no shipping cost.

Delivery is done at selected and confirmed date, most often between 9 and 12 hours.

In the order note you can enter desired delivery time. It serves as a framework guideline, and we organize the schedule according to the volume of work and the number of deliveries that day. If possible, we will make every effort to deliver at approximately the desired time. If this is not feasible, we will contact you to agree on a different delivery date on the same day.

The exact time of delivery is not guaranteed. There are no personal deliveries on Sundays.

For orders received up to 1 p.m. it is possible to choose delivery on the next day, if an appointment is available. After 1 pm, the earliest appointment is in two days, with the exception of Sundays and unavailable dates.

For fresh cut flowers by species the date of delivery can be selected at most 5 days in advance. For works made from fresh cut flowers, later dates shown in the calendar are also available.

In periods of increased workload, especially on the eve of Easter, All Saints and during Advent, the availability of personal delivery depends on the number of orders and our capacities. Personal service may then be limited or temporarily unavailable. We show the available appointments when you buy.

When buying, choose an option ‘Personal takeover at the family farm’. For orders received up to 1 pm it is possible to pick up on the same day, with our confirmation and depending on the availability of the product and the time of production.

When the order is ready, we will send you download notification. Please wait for this pre-arrival notification.

Downloadable by 8 p.m., with prior notice, all days except Sunday.

APPLICATION OF THE PURPOSE AND DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATION

We make every work special for you. The preparation time depends on the selected product, personalization and number of orders. Where the product is accompanied by a specific manufacturing time, it shall be taken into account in determining the delivery time.

The indicative time of delivery by DPD within Croatia is 2-3 working days from the handover of the package to the delivery service, with the prior time needed to prepare the order.

The deadline depends on the country and area of delivery and the work of the delivery service. Delivery to islands, remote areas and outside Croatia can take longer.

In times of increased number of orders preparation and delivery times may be extended. We display the notice of extended deadlines before the end of the purchase.

DETERMINED DATE DETERMINATIONS

When sending by courier, you can order No date selection – then we send the package as soon as we prepare your order.

If you specify the date by which you need the product, according to him we plan to prepare and send, with the necessary time for transportation.

The desired date for courier delivery is not a guaranteed delivery date. For important occasions, we recommend ordering well in advance.

Code personal delivery confirmed delivery date is guaranteed, while the desired delivery time is indicative.

ADDITIONAL WARNINGS

When ordering, you can leave note on delivery or takeover, for example where to leave the product if no one is at the address or by when you need it. We will confirm the possibility of fulfilling special requests when processing the order.

If the order contains fresh cut flowers or fresh cut flower work together with the products we send with the package, only personal delivery is available for the entire order, if available for the entered postal code and selected date, and personal pick-up at the family farm.

The availability of individual delivery methods and dates may be limited depending on the production capacity. All available options and costs are displayed before the end of the purchase.
