Do you make works to order?<\/summary>

Yes, we make every work after receiving the order. The preparation time depends on the selected product, personalization and number of orders.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Where does the flowers come from?<\/summary>

Flowers from our cultivation are grown, dried and, if necessary, painted. The baskets we make are also our manual work.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Will the product be identical to the photo?<\/summary>

Every work is unique. Due to handmade and seasonal availability of flowers, differences in shades, flower sizes and layout are possible.<\/p>

If a particular species is not available, we will replace it with the most similar available, while preserving the agreed features, colors and style of the product.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can I personalise the product?<\/summary>

Yes, in addition to the products, available personalization options are shown, such as a bow, inscriptions on a wooden tile or other accessories.<\/p>

You can enter the desired minor changes in the order note. We will try to achieve them according to the available material.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can I add a message with a gift?<\/summary>

Yes, for products that have this option, select \"Message on tab\" and type the desired text. The price of the add-on is displayed with the option.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

What do these dimensions relate to?<\/summary>

In the case of baskets and arrangements, these dimensions refer to the cart itself, unless otherwise stated with the product. With flowers and decoration, the finished work is bigger.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can you adjust the bouquet to my vase?<\/summary>

With high vase bouquets, we can adjust the height of the bouquet. Indicate the height and diameter of the vase and the desired total height of the bouquet.<\/p>

The size of the bouquet determines its fullness and the amount of flowers, while adjusting the height as agreed.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can I get a photo before sending it?<\/summary>

For products that have this option, you can choose to send you a photo of the finished work before sending it.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

What products do you send with a package?<\/summary>

The package sends dry flowers, dry flower works, arrangements made of living succulents, a holiday assortment and raw materials, i.e. products for which this possibility is indicated.<\/p>

Fresh cut flowers and works from fresh cut flowers are delivered by personal delivery or personal takeover.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

How much does delivery cost?<\/summary>

Delivery by parcel within Croatia is 7,00 \u20ac. For other EU countries, the price depends on the country and is displayed before the end of the purchase.<\/p>

Personal delivery of fresh flowers is from 10,00 to 20,00 \u20ac, according to the postal code. The minimum value of the product for this delivery is 50,00 \u20ac, without the cost of delivery.<\/p>

Personal download on the family farm is free of charge.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

How long does parcel delivery take?<\/summary>

Outside the strike dates, the approximate time of courier delivery is 2-3 business days from dispatch. To this should be added the time needed to prepare the order.<\/p>

For overseas, islands and remote areas, delivery can take longer. During the increased volume of work, the preparation and delivery deadlines can be extended, which we inform before the purchase is completed.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

What if the package didn't arrive?<\/summary>

If you have been notified of the sending of a parcel, please first contact the courier service with which the parcel was sent, along with the shipment number, to check the delivery. If you fail to solve the problem, please contact us.<\/p>

If you have not yet received a notification of sending, please contact us to check the status of your order.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can I order for a specific date?<\/summary>

Yes. For the products we send with the package, you can specify the date by which you need the product or choose to send as soon as the order is ready.<\/p>

According to the stated date, we plan to prepare and send. The parcel can arrive earlier, but the desired date at courier delivery is not guaranteed.<\/p>

In case of personal delivery of fresh flowers, the confirmed delivery date is guaranteed.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can I choose courier or personal delivery of dry work?<\/summary>

For dry works, you select \u2018Delivery to the address\u2019, and we determine the delivery method according to the location and organisation of the delivery.<\/p>

As a rule, we send it by courier. Within the area of personal delivery, we can also deliver in person, without additional charge due to a change in the delivery method.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Do you deliver fresh flowers to my address?<\/summary>

The availability of personal delivery is checked by postal code. After entering the address, the available options and price will be displayed.<\/p>

If personal delivery is not available, you can choose a personal pick-up or works of dried flowers that we send with a package.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

What is the earliest date of personal delivery?<\/summary>

For orders received before 1 p.m., it is possible to choose the next available day at the earliest. For orders received from 1 p.m. onwards, the earliest time is two days, if available.<\/p>

There are no personal deliveries on Sundays. For fresh flowers by type of date you can choose a maximum of 5 days in advance.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can I choose the exact time of personal delivery?<\/summary>

Personal delivery is usually carried out between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. You can specify the desired time in a note, but the exact clock is not guaranteed.<\/p>

We will do our best to deliver approximately the desired time. If this is not possible, we will contact you to agree on a different date on the same day.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Where and when can I pick up my order in person?<\/summary>

At the address Samci 67\/A, 49245 Gornja Stubica, until 8 pm with prior notice, all days except Sunday.<\/p>

For orders before 1 pm it is possible to pick up on the same day, with our confirmation and depending on the time of production. From 1 pm onwards, the earliest possible pick-up is on the next available day.<\/p>

Can I order fresh and dried flowers together?<\/summary>

Yes. If the order contains freshly cut flowers or works from it, personal delivery is available for the entire order, if the conditions are met, or personal download.<\/p>

If the order contains fresh flowers by species, the date selection is limited to 5 days in advance.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can I put the dried flowers on the grave?<\/summary>

Yes, dried flowers are a natural choice for decorating the grave and remembering the loved ones. It does not require watering, and its durability outdoors depends on weather conditions.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

How long can a dry arrangement last outdoors?<\/summary>

Durability depends on the weather conditions and the location of the arrangement, so it is not possible to specify the same deadline for each product. Flowers over time can change the shade and lose part of the initial appearance.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Will dry flowers change color?<\/summary>

Gradual fading is a natural phenomenon, especially in the open air. The sun can lighten shades, while rain and moisture can further affect the color and appearance of flowers.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Should dry flowers be watered?<\/summary>

No, dry flowers are not watered or put in water. If you put a bouquet in a vase, it should be empty. Periodically check that rainwater is kept in it.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can the arrangement leave traces on the tombstone?<\/summary>

In contact with the moisture of the paint and natural materials can leave traces on the stone or marble. We recommend an appropriate protective base between the basket and the tombstone and a periodic check of the surface under the arrangement.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Does cellophane wrapping help?<\/summary>

Cellophane provides additional protection, but does not make the arrangement waterproof. If condensation occurs inside it, allow ventilation and drying so that moisture does not linger around the flowers.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Can moths appear in dry flowers?<\/summary>

Dry flowers are a natural material in which moths or other small insects may appear during storage. Periodically inspect the flowers, especially if you keep it stored in a box for a long time.<\/p>

If you notice insects, larvae or spider strands, separate the product from other dried flowers and put it in a well-closed bag. Clean the place where he stood and inspect the other products.<\/p>

You can put completely dried flowers without cold-sensitive additives in the freezer at \u221220 \u00b0C or below for at least seven days. After removal, leave it in a sealed bag for approximately 24 hours, until it reaches room temperature.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

What to do when an arrangement loses its appearance?<\/summary>

When the flowers wear out, you can replace the arrangement with a new one. Before disposal, separate the ribbons, wire, sponge, cellophane and other additives, and dispose of the plant material according to local rules for bio-waste.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

What if the product arrives damaged or has a defect?<\/summary>

Please contact us within 24 hours of downloading. Indicate the order number and a description of the problem, send photos of the product and photos of the packaging if damaged.<\/p>
